Dual Xeon L5520, power usage?

I have a quick question maybe someone with a setup like it could answer. How much power does a dual L5520 system use on average? How much power does your system use? What hardware is in the rig? Are they truly a "lower power" CPU?

Sure, but can they at all measure up to say an Intel Xeon E3-1265L v2 (http://ark.intel.com/products/65728/) in terms of low power usage?

I have a dual l5520 server with 72gb of memory that pulls a bit over 2 amps at 120v at bootup with two 1tb hdds. At low utilization it uses 1.1 amps and max 100% load it will pull 1.8 amps. They will pull up to 3x what a comparable 1265lv2 based system will, the whole E3 platform is much more power efficient all around.
