dual rad enough?

Looking to connect a GTX 580 + i7 950 overclocked to 4ghz or above on single loop to a dual 120mm xspc radiator. Would I need a triple 120mm rad? Would there be too much heat for the dual rad to dispell. Gonna connect 4 fans to the rad for in/out. Space is limited. I'm modding a Lian Li A05. Look to mount the rad inside as a blowhole. The triple rad wouldn't allow to use the pair of 5.25 bays up front for bluray burner and 5.25 reservoir.
 
An i7 alone will need a 2x120mm rad by itself. You could get away with a 3x120mm rad if you weren't OCed. Your temps will be pretty high on a 2x120mm for both CPU/GPU. If you have VERY cold intake air then the temps might be OK.
 
If you are overclocking both the processor and the video card to the max you will definitely need a triple. push pull will lower your temps by a couple of degrees at best depending on your radiator, a triple will lower it by a lot more!
