im in the market for a new high end gaming monster..and i felt in love with the Lain Li PC-A10 (Black) and i wanted to take avantage of its dual power supply feature..but im having trouble choosing which.

i was looking into the CORSAIR HX620w 620W i really liked the modular design, it would making cable routing a whole a lot easier..and 1240watts of power over 4 rails sounds awesome. But i think the location of the 120mm fan on the power supply seems like it wont have much room to breathe once installed into the case.

any suggestions would help dearly, thanks

rest of system specs in mind (feel free to comment)

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz *planning to overclock over 3ghz*
Team Xtreem 4x1GB PC6400 C4s
EVGA Socket T (LGA 775) NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI
DUAL eVGA GeForce 8800GTX
DUAL Western Digital Raptor 150GB
Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler
Lain Li PC-A10B
LITE-ON 16X DVD±R DVD Burner W/LightScribe
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer

i think it would work out just fine...the fans should still suck up enough air.

thats a very nice built btw, best of luck.

Doesnt the psu fan face opposite of each other once install? If so, you could just make a small mesh window on both side panels for it to breathe better.

I'm very interested in your build because I plan on donig the same thing with my next rig... except with a Mountain Mods case. I've never use dual PSUs before, and I wanted to know how one would connect the two PSUs together? And how they will both be flipped on by the one switch?

I was planning to get the SilverStone Modular PSU... probably the 750W model. Any help detailing out this process would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
