dual portrait mode - driver / software suggestions? [nvidia]

What is the best way to configure dual portrait mode displays, I have both hooked up to a geforce 4 ti 4200, using standard detonator drivers and nvrotate, however I cannot set them up as one large virtual display which is rotated which is my goal (so vertical span + rotate), also I have a ghost image of the one monitor on the other using dualview and nvrotate. any suggestions?
