What are some tips when first starting to get used to them?

Any tips for ultramon?

When I'm playing a game or something when it first loads, all the stuff on my primary goes to the secondary, is there a way to make it so it just stays on the primary and whatever I have on the secondary stays up?
 
disable the secondary monitor, there's a shortcut you can configure in ultramon
