I am running on:

Abit Siluro GFmx440
2 ViewSonic A75f
1 30" Toshiba TV through SVideo

Is there any way I can have my dual desktops and somehow pipe the video through the svideo from winamp 5 or WMP?

Or

Have the dual setup, and clone one of the monitors with the tv?
 
The only way ive ever successfully run 3 displays on an nvidia card was to use TV Tool, an uber little program for managing tv output. Their website can be found here. Its really cheap, too... along the lines of 10-15 bucks, and theyre always updated with the most recent video cards. Not sure if this will get what you want, but its worth downloading the demo.
