Is there any benifit to, or even if its possible, to run my main Gsync 144hz off the GTX1080 and my Secondary over HDMI on the i7 7700K.. When i run both on the gtx1080, i cant seem to get stable refresh rate on Desktop.. Its flutters between 144 and 120.. But if i unplug the HDMI secondary monitor from the 1080, the Refresh stays locked at 144hz on desktop.

Yep, I have a 770 with a GSYNC screen then 3 other monitors hooked up to my i7 4770k along with 4 others to another nvidia card.

You could have tested for yourself quicker than making the OP, much less waiting for a reply and then bumping after you received an answer.
Although I suspect it's motherboard related, as many motherboards disable the onboard chipset when a discrete card is installed.
