I need to purchase the best DVD Dual Layer copying software available. Which one might that be?

There are dual layer DVD-R but they are expensive.

I use AnyDVD with CloneDVD

No, I mean Dual Layer to Dual Layer, no compression loss...

I would still use AnyDVD and CloneDVD for Dual Layer backup.
You have your choice when you make the backup as to which you want (compress dual to single layer, or keep it dual layer).

Those are the best programs for DVD backup IMO
