Dual HDD Dock, that one drive doesn't affect second?

I tried many dual HDD dock, from Vantec, Startech, ********** and some others ones.

All of them have the same issue, plugging in or un-plugging one drive, affects the second drive.

When I'm copying data to one drive, and plug in the second time, the first time will disconnect for 1-2 seconds and then both drives will be connected, if I unplug a drive, both will disconnect for 1-2 seconds and then other drive will show up again.

Is there a dual HDD dock that doesn't have this issue?
