which is the cheapest nVidia/ATI card with dual DVI ports OR 1 VGA/1 DVI adapter? I wanna run two LCD displays.

If you aren't gaming get a matrox. If you are gaming, avoid dual displays, use a cheap secondary computer (that way you can surf the web, chat on irc, whatever while gaming).
