dual display troubles

Heyo, so i have dual monitors, and something strange is happening.

When i watch a video it shows up on both screens of my 2 displays..

On one screen, everything stays the same(WMP-classic) pops up in my main window, but in the other window it just shows up in full screen.
if i move my cursor to the other window, it doesnt show up(video has "higher" priority)

I tried 3 differnt media players (WMP, WMP classic, and ZOOM video)
and all do the same thing. What setting am i missing!?!?!?

driver sweep and then reinstall latest graphics drivers.. that would be my first suggestion
