Dual CPU?

Does this PC have dual CPU? http://img103.echo.cx/img103/7120/cpu9sp.jpg

If so, then can it take advantage of programs that use dual CPU? I believe Photoshop is one of them, right?

Here are the specs for the laptop: http://www.toshiba.ca/web/specifications.grp?lg=en&section=1&group=1&product=3150&part=2371

agreed p4 with HT. With less than 512MB of system ram, its not gonna be a big 'ole dually.

Technically, PS will take advantage of this logical CPU but the benefits are minor, very minor.

ed: 512mb ram - 64mb shared vram vid card?

Very few laptops have dual processors.
