Dual Core Voltage (Vcore1 / Vcore2)

My Speedfan shows my Vcore voltages different for each processor.

One core shows 1.38v
The other core shows 1.28v

Is this normal? Heres a pic of speedfan.

only one is right. the entire cpu is on the same voltage plane, meaning that it's all fed by the same voltage regulator.. so the two cores HAVE to be running at the same voltage

try a different program, or figure out which one is right and disable the other
