Dual Core celerons?

I'd rather you make a second post and answer your own question instead of removing the text.
 
As a side note, they are pretty pointless purchases. for instance you can get an e2160 for 15 or 20 dollars more than a celeron e1200 and it won't be crippled by that tiny cache. This is likely just bad luck on my part too but i bought a celeron e1200 around when they were launched as a stopgap processor and it was THE worst overclocking core2 based proc I have ever worked with, only willing to do a measly 2.16ghz.
 
I bought a Celeron for my file server. They also work great for mom-and-pop PCs (you know, browsing, e-mail, photos). If you're planning on doing real work and you're not completely against the wall with your budget, you should definitely upgrade to one of the real C2Ds.
