Dual channel not working?

Booting up my computer today I noticed that after it gave the frequency of my ram (400MHz), instead of saying dual channel it stated single channel or virtual single channel. I'm 100% sure that my mobo is capable of dual channel and am equally sure that last week the ram was running in dual channel mode.

Not sure if this is relevant but in EVEREST under motherboard/chipset under the heading memory controller, it reads:

Type: Dual Channel (128bit)
Active Mode: Single Channel (64bit)
PAT: disabled

I really appreciate any help that can be given in this matter.

Forgot to mention that. The ram is in Slots A1 and A2. From what I understand this is how it should be installed to work properly.

The blue and the black closest to the agp. I'm guessing I should have 1 in each of the blues for it to work?

put it in blue + blue, aka slots 1+3. i'm fairly certain this will enable dual channel

I think you might be right, thanks for the help I'll give it a shot. I vaguely remember moving one of them a few weeks ago when I installed my new video card, I'm guess thats when it happened and I just never noticed.
