Ok so heres the deal, I am dual booting with XP and Vista on one hard drive

but when I add a second drive for storage I get an error. If I format it in Vista it works fine, then when I shut down and boot into XP, it sees the drive, but when I go to access it, I get an error

Right after I format it in Vista it seems to work fine, I am able to move files into the drive, its just when I boot into xp, then back into vista it starts saying is unreadable...

.....like XP messed it up or something....

anyone know whats going on or how to format the drive to work on both?

Thanks,
kyle
