Currently I have XP32 on my primary drive and a second drive for games and my paging file. I plan to add a RAID array for games and use the second drive for Vista 64. I just moved the paging file to my primary drive to get ready for the change, and XP put the VM near the end of the drive(?). Strange, because there is a huge gap near the beginning where I though it would land.

Originally I planned to put the XP paging file back on the D:\ drive after moving the games off, then add Vista to that drive. The Vista paging file would be on the C:\ (XP) drive.

1) Am I overthinking things or asking for trouble with the crossed setup for dual boot\virtual memory?

2) Is there a way to specify where the paging file is on the drive. I was looking at Diskkeeper Pro. Would that do what I want?
