I have an application called DU Meter and its job is to total the amount of incoming and outgoing bandwidth since i have a limit of 60gig per month. And well Every reboot the graph appears in the right hand side of the monitor is their anyway of disabling this graph/chart?

I use a free program called netmeter very much like DU meter (just free) there is an option called "close to tray" that does this....

an antispyware program like spybot or microsoft beta should let you edit startup progs and processes

Have you ever bothered to even look in the preferences for DU Meter? Because it’s in there.
