DTS Export to Excel without a template

I need to do a DTS export to an Excel Spreadsheet that doesnt' have a template - the table I'm exporting from has columns A-Z and I don't want the first row in Excel to have
A in A1, B in B1, etc - I just want column A in the table to go to Column A in Excel, etc.

Is this possible with SQL server 2000? Any help is appreciated.

I don't think you can do it without a template in DTS 2000. SSIS, which replaced DTS in SQL Server 2005, should be able to handle this no problem.
