Feb 26, 2004 #2 K killernoodle 2[H]4U Joined Aug 4, 2002 Messages 2,634 Why wouldnt it? They have the same mounting bracket as ALL P4 mobos, so any P4 heatsink/waterblock should fit on ALL p4 motherboards, except for some really massive air cooled heatsinks, but that will not happen in this case.
