May have been posted already, but in case it hasn't. Some folks, paticularly I.T. folks like myself want to be sure all pc's are running the correct time with these new DST changes.

Apparently Microsoft is not releasing a fix for Windows 2000 for free. But you can fix it yourself using TZedit.exe which can be found here.

Keep your eyes out for a KB 930879 article which will detail additional info about DST. As I write this the article is not posted, but should be very soon.
Brian Livingston's paid version of the 2/1/07 Windows Secrets newsletter has some good info on this situation including Outlook issues.
