Dropped Array, need help! Areca 1880 + HP SAS

I logged on to my server and noticed it had dropped both of my arrays out of Windows. I logged into the utility and both arrays were missing and the disks were "not there". I rebooted the computer and it picked up one of the arrays again just fine, "Samsung 2TB", the other array however was again not there. Only it did not say "degraded" it just listed all of the member disks as "available" and then one disk as "Failed". I powered down and physically removed the drives from this array.

Two Questions:
(1) - Why would the card suddenly (over the last two weeks) start dropping my arrays "Device Removed" in the log, only to be just fine upon reboot.
(2) - How can I recover the array that dropped and now says all of the member disks are available?
