My 3.2EE will prime for days at 4010mhz, but crashes in most 3d intensive games such as Unreal2k3,1942,COD. Drop it to 3.9 it runs without issue in games.

My FX51 runs at 2.5 and primes. but i have to to drop to 2.4 with a 12x mult and no fsb increase to play games.
 
Dude... if youve got processors like that who cares. I couldnt even afford the steam coming from your cpu dye.

Is that two instances of prime assigned to each logical CPU? Also could be your ram taking a shit. I assume you're at 5:4 with some quality BH-5 with that cash so it shouldn't be an issue

He's probably already on phase change over 4 gig. Or a loud ass TEC setup.

o yea... well... instead of dropping your clocks, send some 2.0v though that EE... have fun with it... and in a month get a new 3.4EE
 
Come on guys, give him a break. I am sure he meant to reply to this thread. His context is correct for that thread and he was trying to help the original poster. I do not believe he was trying to brag.
