Droid Drawer Handle replacement

Ok, not sure if this is the right question, but here goes. Got a droid a couple weeks back for a screaming price, and it's cool and all, but I'd like replace the drawer handle at the bottom with one that is similar to the one with the Sense UI?

I don't want a new home or any of that other stuff, just want to make the phone button in the center bottom and larger....

And suggestions?

You're going to need a custom ROM. Best to ask on a Droid dedicated forum (or at least android dedicated).

I just learned of metamorph which essentially gives you control over every aspect of your phone's theme -- you do need to have a rooted phone though. Worth checking out though.
