Drivers not present after reboot and 13.19 update

Hello,

I have been trying to update my drivers but once they are installed and I reboot my computer the display drivers are missing. I did not have this problem on my last drivers and the beta (13.20) gives me the same problem. If I do not reboot then the drivers work but I do not have Crossfire working. Below are the steps I go through for a clean install.

1. Uninstall CC software (complete uninstall)
2. Boot to safe mode and run CCcleaner
3. Install 13.19 (or 13.20)
4. Reboot
5. Drivers are not detected on start-up
6. Install CAP 5.1 (tried it once but didn't help)

I really have no clue what is causing this problem. My rig is in my sig. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm confused as to what drivers your actually using... Their driver versions are numbered as YEAR.MONTH.

There aren't 19 or 20 months, and 13.11 beta is the absolute newest driver.
