Drivers for 3D03?

Just curious what people have gotten the highest 3D03 scores with. I've been using the 4.12b's, but for some reason the scores on 2003 for me aren't seeming as high as they should be (compared to people with similar setups). Just wondering what drivers people have had the best luck with regarding 3D03.

And yes, I know 3DMark means nothing, but it's addictive (this is my first time with a PC that could even run 3DMark). I'm on the Top 10 for 2001, 2005 and Aquamark, and want to be across the board.

So, anyone know which drivers are best?
 
I haven't done a comprehensive test, but the 4.7's drivers gave me my highest scores, both 3dmock '03 and Aquamark 3.
 
Guess it's time for me to do my own comprehensive test eh?

Got a link to the 4.7's by any chance?
 
Upgraded to the 4.11's my AQ3 mark finally broke 50k. Will run 3dmock to see what it shows next. Update with my 3dMark '03 score was 6815. Somewhat faster than the last run.
