Means what? Memory problem or drvier problem?
(SLI woes, getting BSOD/black screen trying to enable both cards)

It's a driver issue. It should tell you in blue screen the name of the driver file that's causing the crash also.

Correct. Its a memory error caused by a bad driver or other piece of software. It should tell you the name of the driver.

It is common when people overclock too high. When it's not due to overclocking it's usually a buggy device driver or marginal hardware.

Everything is at stock/default. It doesn't say anything other than the driver not equal or less and (0xe2c3f00a, 0x0000000a, 0x00000008, 0xe2c3f00a)

Well, assuming you set it up correctly from a power and SLI connector standpoint, it's either your motherboard or your PSU. My guess would be the latter just isn't cutting it, but without more details it's really hard to say.

One thing to do is boot into safe mode and see if it will crash there. If it crashes in safe its almost definitely a hardware problem. If it does not crash in safe mode it most likely a driver issue.

If it is a hardware problem I would be leaning toward the PSU like Tom said.

Also, can you list out your hardware for us?

Update all drivers, or switch to an older driver revision for your video. Also, if it occurs when quitting certain games, then it could be related to DAP. Search the forums for a way to disable that.
