I got a 9600np with cat 4.12 installed and the driver settings are locked on Riva Tuner do I need a different version of Catalyst installed. I have the New Years Edition of Riva Tuner if that makes a difference.
Do you have your mobo chipset drivers installed? Sometime driver settings are locked when you dont have the chipset INFs installed because they are the gateway to a true great experience with a video card.
