I have a Dell Dimension 8400 that came with an nVidia GeForce 6800 (non GT/Ultra) made directly by nVidia (I oc'd to 443/841 from 350/600). Anyways, I noticed that the default Forceware driver that comes on the system is 66.72, and when I open videos in Media Center 2005, everything works fine. However, because the current nVidia driver update for my card is version 66.93, when I download that driver and install it, when I go to play videos in Media Center, there is an annoying black line thats about 70 pixels wide and 400 pixels long that goes across the center of the video. I think Microsoft has a support thing for this problem as I have checked their site, but there isn't any support for my card and how to fix this. Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft to make then fix this problem so it can be an update available in Windows Update? Or does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
