Hi, well I have just reinstalled Windows XP and I am getting this issue every time I try to open Catalyst Control Center

Yea one more thing, my XP Disk exploded in my driver, so my friend burned me a copy that does not let me use my serial key, what should I do? Does Msoft Replace XP disks for a low cost of 10 bucks maybe? :) Let me know, ty.
