Ok this is driving me crazy!!!

When the 11.3 drivers came out I installed them they looked great. Then with 11.4 OMG things look like crap!! I tried 11.5 and even the just released 11.6 drivers and it all looks like crap. Text in some programs like Firefox and Opera look like crap, While others (Or anything I can tell is using MS clear type looks good and normal. And it's not just the text. simple lines and edges don't even look right they are un-even.

I'm having some problems with games too. Dirt3 looks great. While my crack head addiction to EVE. EVE looks so bad I can't play it. I can hardly read the text in the game. It's really painful. The HDR looks broken as shit, It looks like I dropped a 5 year old card in there. And if I turn on AA or AF... CRY! But In Dirt or Metro2033 it all looks golden.

The only fix I make work is ether using a 10.x (10.12) driver or completely deleting the driver out and letting windows use it's default.

HELP!!!
