So, im not hugely worried about this issue as Fujitsu has already told me they will refund the total cost of the machine if this cant be solved, but I would rather not send it back as I really like the machine.
Basically here is the problem. I have a fujitsu TH700 brand new. I wanted to be able to draw japanese with the pen and have it recognize it as japanese. I was told this required the japanese language pack available in windows 7 enterprise/ultimate. I have access to Enterprise through work so I was not worried about this. I got the book, installed enterprise which found none of the drivers by default. I downloaded them all from the fujitsu website and preceded down the list as they say to go in a specific order. Chipset, good, video, audio, bluetooth, good. LAN driver. "Windows cannot find the file "inf.html". Please make sure you type the name correctly and try again."
Couldnt find anything about this online, reinstalled the OS, skipping the LAN driver that time and found 2 others the Hotkeys and the System Extension that gave the exact same error. Talking to Fujitsu they unfortunately dont support non native OS's and said the drivers had no issue on the fujitsu home premium install (fresh home premium gives same error). So I am going to be going back to the Fujitsu Home Premium install but im trying to think how to get those language packs, since you cant upgrade from Home Premium to Enterprise. Anyone have any ideas about whats the best way to go about this to get the japanese input and pen recognition I want (I also want the option of logging in with it being in japanese completely incase people wanted to know that as well).
Thanks in advance.
