hey.. I just built a new computer.. and can somebody give me a step by step and a list on what to do first after i installed winxp? Can i just use liveupdate to update my driver and bios? Also is the nforce4 driver the same as the motherboard driver? if not.. when and how do i install them? Thanks in advance

i am using MSI neo4 Plat non-sli
 
i'd first install the newest nforce drivers from nvidia.
then the graphics drivers.
then check to make sure the onboard sound works. if it doesn't, get those drivers from the realtek website (i had to do this for my neo)
then any drivers needed for extra components, like cd-rw drives, printers, ect.
 
first defrag, SP2, restart, defrag, mobo drivers, restart, defrag, video drivers, restart, defrag, everything else, defrag between every few installs. you can never defrag enough :p
