Driver for SATA Seagate HD?!?!?!

I just bought the 200gb SATA HD off newegg as OEM. It didnt come w/ the driver disk. Im tryin to install windows 2000 on it. I push F6 during windows setup and it ask me for the driver. Where do i get the driver from? I search the Seagate website for over an hour and cant find anything. I did try the DiskWizard but that doesnt help. I have a DFI NFII ULTRA INFINITY if that has to do w/ anything.
 
You need the driver for the SATA controller not the hard disk.

Your mobo maker should provide this.
 
If it's an amd based chipset, you will absolutely, always, so far, need the driver disk with the mobo. If it's intel, you'd need the driver disk only to setup raid.

Not true. Nforce3 Ultra boards at least (and i think some other A64 boards) have native SATA support. I didnt use any drivers to install my Raptor.

I really depends on whether windows has the driver it needs or at least a compatible one. The actuall board and SATA conrtoller don't matter.
