driver crashes, blue screens, corrupt screen

this is a new GTX460, nothing done to it, crashes randomly.. no warning

could run ATI tool or Furmark for well over 30 mins with no issues, or it could crash withing seconds while surfing the web

tried new bios, tried new drivers, tried old drivers, tried blessing it, tried cursing it, tried cursing AT it, tired reseating, tried safe mode uninstall/install of drivers

NOTHING HAS WORKED!

not a worry, I got it at Microcenter... I will just head back up there in the morning and exchange it

rather convenient with a good supplier close by,walmart is my only option for local supply
