My friend has a Mobility 9600 in her laptop. I'm trying to get drivers for it, but none seem to work. I tried the catylist and the mobility drivers, both say they couldn't find supported hardware. Is there some special driver ATI's site hides that I need to get, or is something bigger wrong?
 
ati's drivers don't support those mobility cards currently. you need to get the drivers from the laptop manufacture's site or use tweaked drivers like omega's.
