DriveImage XML BOOTMGR is missing

I have a group of brand new machines I am trying to image with a image i made with DriveIMAGE XML. After it is done i keep getting the BOOTMGR is missing when trying to boot it up. I tried doing the repair install and the /fixmbr commands and still no luck. Could this be the way I deleted the previous partitions that is causing problems? The machine was a dell with all those recovery partitions. I deleted them in UBCD4Win and set the new partition as active then proceeded with the DriveIMAGE XML restore.:(
 
I had the same issues when creating/deploying Dell Opti380 towers for a customer....tweaked the as sent image to his liking, then tried to get rid of the restore partitions and then image it.
Had to do a repair install to redo the missing boot partition (400mb I think it was?)
Ended up just blowing away everything on the drive, reinstalling W7 and letting it do the partitions itself, tweaked it, then made an image of it.
I used Ghost, but XML should be similar

I have the Opti380 also and still having this problem. My original image was from an Opti 380!:confused:
 
Yeh, it'd probably save you alot of time to redo the PC from scratch to make a new image.
It did save me a bunch of time
 
Nevermind, i did the repair install and now it works. Before it pops up a message saying it detected startup problems and would fix it then restart.
 
With DriveImage XML, did you include the 100mb hidden boot partition?
