I currently run a pretty decent setup. Here it is:

AMD Athlon64 3200+
DFI LanParty NF4 Ultra-D
2x256 OCZ Performance Series Dual Channel (soon to be 1.5 gigs)
Sony 52x Burner

I have two 80 gig storage drives which I play movies and games off of.
I also have a 60 gig divided into a 48gb partition and a 10gb partition which I run windows on. I have always wondered if I run windows on that small 10gb partition if it is slowing me down? I reformat every 30 days usually.

No, but the 60GB drive itself is probably slowing you down. Does that unit have an 8MB buffer? Even a fairly modest 160GB drive would be a noticable step up in performance/responsiveness from a 60GB drive, and a ~250GB unit with a 16BMB buffer would be a night and day difference. If you can handle basically holding the line on capacity, a 73GB Raptor would make your jaw drop.
