Drive Rail Craziness! ;)

From time to time, I (and a lot of other people, I'm sure) have came across a case or computer. when there isn't any drive rails that came with it, or they have been lost, etc. My question is (and I know this is a longshot), but is there such a thing as universal, or adjustable, drive rails? I just always hate throwing away, or not using a chassis because the drive rails are missing, or having to compensate for them missing by some other means (using drive rails that are similar, etc). And if there isn't, is there any easy way, or something I can buy, to make it a little easier on me? I just always seem to come across this problem. I bought a clear plexiglass case the other day from someone, and they didn't include the drive rails with it, and all the drive rails that I DO have, of course, don't fit. Anybody have any ideas? :confused:
