I thought I'd share some pics of my H60 setup:

This dropped my temps a few degrees, which really helps as it's summer here at the moment. It also reduced the whine of the fans, as before it was in the rear fan spot, and I guess it created a vortex effect, because it was a fair bit louder.

And just because I can, I changed the ol' Scout's fans to green:

Nice! I've been contemplating getting an H60, modding it to cool my graphics card and putting it in the front bay.
 
You should go for it, it's really quite easy and the block of foam only cost me $4. Of course the black foam I wanted was reserved and was more expensive.
