Why won't Dremel add a holesaw to their kits. I wish they'd do that.

Blades are just not that great when you're cutting small holes into thick metal.

Is there an easier way to cut small holes, for example a 3/4" hole into 2mm aluminum or is a hole saw the only method?

your thoughts please ..
 
me thinks the dremel motor would burn out...

If you are going to do a hole saw easier to use it with a drill, more HP and it was designed more for that...

as for the other.. the hole saw would most likely be best.. thats a pretty small hole to be using for disks... and too large for normal drill bits..

Unless you have access to a machine shop..
