DreamScene final?

"Windows DreamScene" showed up in my Ultimate Extras bar today... And it didn't say "Preview." Does this mean that Microsoft actually came through and released the final? Anyone else have it?
 
Yep, got it, and it was taking anywhere from %33 to %80 CPU on a e6400 let it run all night woke up the animation was not moving anymore, and the mouse was lagged beyond belief. Start button would not respond, had to power off. Disabled it as my background. Done with that, bring on the next one!
