I've only used Wacom tablets, therefore I can't speak to the quality of a product/driver support/software compatibility of competitive brands, be it Huion, XP-Pen or anything else for that matter. But as far as Wacom is concern, I've been very happy with the products I've used from them thus far. Their budget line is solid, and the few times that I've used it, I've had no complaints. That being said, I can't in good faith recommend you the Wacom bundle you linked in your OP for one reason, and one reason only... Its working area is only 6" x 3.7". That's extremely small and you will hate yourself for spending money on it. Unfortunately, the larger counterpart from Wacom is currently being sold for $166 which may put it outside of you budget. Unless you want/need the software it comes bundled with, you might be better off with the alternative, but again... I can't speak to its quality/support.
