dRam led on error

MY System:
Intel 2500K
Asus P8P67 Pro
Corsair Vengeance (2 x 4GB) 1600MHz
PSU: Corsair 550W 80 plus Bronze

I have been Using this system for over year and a half with no issues at all.
The night before i was playing games on it , I shut it down and put on next day at 4pm it started giving this problem.
Problem :
on turning on cpu light flashes and then dRAM led flashes and then system restarts then cpu light flashes and then DRAM led stays on , monitor giving no display,
i have swapped ram slots , used single stick
at all slots, but problem is the same.
i have cleared the cmos using jumper
i have taken out the cmos battery and placed it again.
i have pressed the MEMok button led flashes for a little while and then goes back to solid red again.
Note:- my chasis lies on the tiled ground which the maid has started to wipe with wet towel (tiles are wiped by moist towel not the chasis )
im not able to get into bios. :-(
what could it b ?
BAD RAM ( HOW COULD BOTH STICKS B BAD)
BAD BOARD ( BIOS SETTINGS? HOW TO GET IN BIOS?)
BAD CPU??
plz help i have not played a game for three days now :-(

I would remove all sticks and install only 1 stick and see if you still get the error led.
