Draining an Aquarius III - Help

About a year and a half ago I installed a Thermaltake Aquarius III onto my PC, but I forgot to add any sort of extra valves for draining. Now I need to drain the sucker for transport. How do I do that without destroying my PC?

Also, when I fill the thing agian, what sort of valves should I install to make draining and replacing the water easy?
