DPC latency too high problems

So ive got this problem with my DPC which makes my audio go crappy. it happens whenever i play a high-graphical game or turn games/programs on/off. also happens when i transport files trough external hdd, and listen to music at the same time. My specs:
Motherboard: GA x58a ud3r
Graphics card: Radeon HD 5770 1gb
Processor: intel core i7 930 (stock mhz) 2.8 ghz
no external sound card. integrated Realtek
6 gb corsair DDR3 ram 3x2gb
500w powersupply

Please help me solve this problem! ive also tried Latencymon to figure out, and it seems to be the USBport.sys, and ive tried to disable some of the USB host drivers. and no lower DPC latency...
