downloading streams

This is a pretty long shot, but I can't even think of where else to go.

Every quarter, public companies host a conference call where they discuss their situation, and the call is recorded and left on their website as a stream. (Example: http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=83523&p=irol-eventDetails&EventId=3785276). The problem I am having is that when I try to play the stream, it plays about one second of audio and then tries to buffer forever. It does this whether I am using Firefox or IE or even using the "switch to external player" function to use WMP. It even does this whether I am using Windows or Mac (same machine). However, it works perfectly fine when I try it on my computer at work.

I can't think of what might be causing this, much less how to fix it. I'm thinking I could just try and manually download the audio file but I'm not sure how to capture it. If anyone can think of some kind of solution I would be incredibly grateful.
