Download: WAIK/BDD - Need WinPE/ImageX/SysPrep

I need to download the following tools in order to get some things done at work. Can anyone tell me if these tools are part of the WAIK / BDD packs?

ImageX
SysPrep
WinPE

Also, where can these be downloaded for WinXP SP2? I appreciate your help in advance!

They are part of The WAIK.
You will also need a Vista DVD, because it looks for a files on the DVD.

Note that some of the features do not work with XP.

The original Sysprep for XP and Server 2003 is on the install disk cdrom:\support\tools\deploy.cab, you need your own imaging software though. The WinPE for XP and Server 2003 is only available with an Enterprise Agreement, or part of the OEM OPK tools. The OPK tools are easy to get just set up an OEM account with MS.
