Download the driver from windows update?

hey guys, I was wondering if I should download the driver for my FX 5200 from windows update or not? I've heard that you shouldn't get drivers from there, but I don't remember where I heard that. Your input?
 
thats the thing, I have the latest driver from there... but it still wants me to install the driver from windows update.
 
Who do you trust to take better care of Nvidia's chip, Nvidia or Microsoft?
 
Definitely stay away from windowsupdate drivers......I've had to reinstall OSes because of those more any any other cause other than HDD failure. Especially stay away from the Logitech ones they try to send you!
