When I download a file (1 Gig in size) to this machine
PC#A: A64 3000+ - MSI K8T Neo FISR2 - OCZ 1GB DDR - eVGA GeForce 6800 GT
WD 74GB Raptor (System) | Seagate 40GB (Temp Storage) - NEC 2510A DL DVD - SB Audigy 2 ZS - Linksys Gb NIC - Windows XP SP2
from this machine
PC#B: Athlon 1333 - Asus A7A 266 - Infineon 768 SDRAM - Asus GeForce 2 GTS
Seagate 80GB - SB Vibra 128 - Samsung 152T LCD - DLink 530 Gb NIC - Win 2003 Sp1 Eval
I get 180 Mbits a second (file from PC#B ->to-> PC#A)

However, when its from PC#A ->to-> PC#B, i get 230 Mbits a second..
Why is this?
